My book-writing journey
The journey of writing the book ‘Unmask Your Soul’ was ultimately a deeper journey of unmasking my own soul.
The book took several years to develop the particular methods to heal core wounds and access higher states of consciousness.
While I had experienced profound healing through the methods I share in the book, it was through the writing process that I discovered the next level of how transformative unmasking the soul can truly be.
Unmask Your Soul book
In Unmask Your Soul, I guide readers through a sacred journey in which they discover and heal their core wounds. Core wounds are the root of suffering. It also creates the disconnect to living your life every day as your authentic self, your higher self.
On this journey, you’ll discover that who you want to become, and what you want to embody and experience in your life is already who you are.
What you’ll explore
You’ll explore the five phases of spiritual awakening, and how to navigate each one. So that you never feel lost, stuck, or unsure of your spiritual path ever again. It’s so easy for those of us who are dedicated to our personal and spiritual growth to feel that we are backtracking. Find it hard to see the thread of change over time. But navigating the five phases of awakening gives you the framework to see that you have always been divinely, guided every step of the way. You are making incredible progress toward the soul level, Ascension.
Along the way, you discover the seven soul qualities. When all of the soul qualities are fully activated and realized, you are living from your highest and most authentic self. On what phase of awakening is your end? You will discover simple, yet targeted tools and practices to experience these qualities in your everyday life.
